Blogger Jefferson Poole of Blue Grass, Red State joins kentuckyforum.org to defend the upcoming legislative session to offer subsidies for the creation of coal-to-liquid facilities in Kentucky. He believes the legislative session is probably Ernie Fletcher’s “only shot at reelection.” He’ll also talk about privatizing Kentucky’s lottery and other public projects.
